Carousel Connections is a direct service provider for Supported Living and Residential Habilitation. We customize living and housing arrangements based on participant and family choice. We recognize the evolution of roles within this process.

A person who has optimum wellness also has mental, emotional, social, vocational, and spiritual health, and the opportunity to choose activities that support wellness. At Carousel Connections, we understand that a sense of well-being or the ability to flourish is unique and is individually defined. As such, we are committed to supporting each individual in their unique wellness and flourishing journey.

Person centered planning and skill development including meal planning routines, travel training (from walking in neighborhood to use of public transportation to car share rides), leisure activities, financial literacy, use of technology, relationship development with others in the community, hobbies and preference development, recreational and social activities, making decisions and choices that involve the dignity of opportunity.
